Our staff speak English, French, German and of course Italian.

We are happy with payment upon arrival or departure as preferred
by the client.

are the nearest bus and Metro stops?
Some bus lines stop in front of the hotel, and Termini Station
is five hundred yards away and offers access to all public transport
networks to anywhere in the city.
Where
is the nearest train station?
Termini is five minutes walk away and all main train services from
the north and south arrive there.
Are
the listed prices per room or per person?
All prices stated are per room.
What
type of breakfast do you serve and does it cost extra?
The varied continental buffet breakfast is included in the room
price.
Do
you have an Internet or email point in the property?
There is an Internet point in reception, and all the rooms have
connections.
What
are the check in and check out times?
We request that guests check out by midday, allowing us to welcome
new guests after one.
Do
the rooms have terraces or balconies?
Only the Virgilio Suite has the luxury of a private 6th floor terrace.
Are
the rooms air-conditioned and does this cost more?
All rooms are air conditioned at no extra charge.
Do
you have a swimming pool?
Unfortunately we do not.
Do
you have parking facilities?
We have an agreement with a local car park that costs around 30
Euro depending on car size.
Is
there international satellite TV available in the rooms?
All rooms and apartments have foreign language satellite television
Are
the rooms equipped with direct dial telephones?
All rooms have direct dial phones.
Where
is the nearest car rental?
You can rent a car directly from reception.
Does
the building have a lift and how many floors is it on?
We have five floors and a roof garden all accessible with the lift.
Do
you have more quiet romantic rooms?
All our rooms are romantic and quieter rooms are available upon
request.
How
far away are you from the airports?
We are around thirty kilometres from both airports that can now
be accessed with a fixed standard fare of 30 (Ciampino) or 40 (Fiumicino-Leonardo
Da Vinci) Euros.
Can
you organise airport pick-ups?
We can organise this service upon request.
Do
you allow pets?
Small pets are welcome.
Are
there non smoking rooms available?
We have non smoking rooms.

you have a gym on the property?
No.
